Our Programs

Little Lions: 4-7years old

Helps develop focus, concentration, balance, character building, and motor control. This first step into Karate will also teach how important it is to work hard to achieve your goals.  


Monday and Wednesday – 4 pm to 4:30 pm

Tuesday and Thursday – 4 pm to 4:30 pm

Fridays – 4 pm to 4:30pm

Young Lions: 7-10years old

Focus on developing discipline, building character, and challenging themselves to build their next level of focus, concentration, and physical well-being. Start learning the techniques of Karate and its history.


Monday and Wednesday – 4:40 pm to 5:25 pm

Tuesday and Thursday – 4:40 pm to 5:25 pm

Fridays – 4:40 pm to 5:25 pm

(45 minutes classes)

Youth Lions: 8-13years old

Focus on developing self-discipline, building character, and challenging themselves to build their next level of focus, concentration, and fitness. This moment is the time to sharpen the Karate techniques and develop a deeper understanding of the history of Karate as well as an initial understanding of Bunkai (application of karate techniques).  


Monday and Wednesday – 5:30 pm to 6:25 pm

Tuesday and Thursday – 5:30 pm to 6:25 pm

Fridays – 5:30 pm to 6:25 pm

Teen Lions: 10-15years old

As a very important moment in the life of Teenagers, the focus is to build more self-confidence, sharpen their self-defense skills, develop self-control, build character, and further develop physical conditioning. The knowledge of KARATEDO starts to be understood in its essence, the Karate techniques become cleaner, and we continue to go deeper into the history of Martial Arts and the Bunkai(application of karate techniques).  


Monday and Wednesday – 6:30 pm to 7:30 pm

Tuesday and Thursday – 6:30 pm to 7:30 pm

Fridays – 7:30 pm to 8:30 pm

(1 hour classes)

Lions: 13years old and up+

This class focuses on the next level of Karate Techniques, hard workouts for advanced fitness development, Bunkai and Budo applications, and a deep understanding of our DOJO KUN (Philosophy) and Karate History.


Monday and Wednesday – 7:30 pm to 8:30 pm

Tuesday and Thursday – 7:30 pm to 8:30 pm

Fridays – 7:30 pm to 8:30 pm

(1 hour classes)

Lion Kings: Special Black Belt Training

The black belt is the moment you step into the true path of KARATEDO. The journey starts now. Starting at this point we strive to give you all the knowledge, techniques, and information of Karate and more. This class is prescheduled at the beginning of each month.

Kobudo Class

Kobudo, a traditional Okinawan martial art that emphasizes the mastery of various weapons, including the bo (staff), sai (trident), tonfa, nunchaku, and kama.

At Shisa, we teach the Bo Staff Kata Class.
